• Corporate and regulatory compliance
• Contract drafting and review
• Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)
• Legal and land due diligence
• Property acquisitions and disposals
• Registering land leases and property purchases
• Condominium law
• Land surveys and property inspections
• Due diligence on land titles and sellers
• Rights of habitation, possession, servitude, usufruct, and superficies
• Other duties as assigned

• At least 1 year of experience in corporate law and/or commercial law (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

• Basic knowledge of corporate and commercial law
• Able to prepare, review, and draft legal documents
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized in handling documentation
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with others
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work under supervision
• Able to travel upcountry for work assignments
